Quick guidance for using EngiLearn’s engineering lectures, previous-year question papers, study tools, and learning accounts.
Sign-in or verification trouble
Use the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Check that you entered the latest verification code and request a new one if the earlier code expired. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including someone claiming to be support.
Finding lectures and subjects
Start from Branches and Video Lectures. Choose the relevant branch or subject, then open the resource you need.
Question papers and study tools
Browse Question Papers for available papers. AI study tools can produce incomplete or incorrect results, so verify important answers against course materials and official sources.
Payments or paid features
If a payment or access issue occurs, contact support with the approximate payment date, amount, and any order or transaction reference shown by the payment provider. Do not email card numbers, CVV, banking passwords, or OTPs.
