1. About the service
EngiLearn provides online learning resources, including engineering subject materials, video lectures, previous-year question papers, practice resources, assignments, live-class information, and study tools. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details and one-time verification codes private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Users who cannot independently consent under applicable law should use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Acceptable use
Use EngiLearn lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website, misuse another person’s account, upload harmful code, infringe others’ rights, or copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site materials except where the law or the applicable content license permits it.
4. Learning content and study tools
Content is provided to support study and is not a guarantee of exam results, accreditation, or professional advice. Syllabi and past-paper materials may be incomplete or outdated; verify important requirements with your institution or official sources. AI-generated study responses can be inaccurate and should be checked before you rely on them.
5. Your submissions
You remain responsible for content you submit, including messages, assignments, and profile material. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share or that contains another person’s private information without permission. You allow EngiLearn to store and use your submission only as needed to operate, display, review, and support the relevant feature.
6. Paid features and payments
Any price, payment condition, or access duration will be shown with the relevant feature or at checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider and are also subject to that provider’s terms. Refund or cancellation terms shown for a specific purchase apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Contact engilearn.edu@gmail.com about a payment or access issue.
7. Site materials and third-party services
EngiLearn and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software, and materials they provide. Some materials may belong to third parties and remain subject to their rights. Links and integrations to external services are provided for convenience; EngiLearn does not control their content or policies.
8. Availability and account restrictions
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access where there is a reasonable concern about misuse, harm, or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent the law permits, EngiLearn is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of third-party services or temporary service interruptions.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page; where appropriate, we will also provide notice through the website. Questions about these terms can be sent to engilearn.edu@gmail.com.
